Author's summary
This dataset provides the empirical foundation for a comparative study of how Polish constitutional bodies and their administrative offices have adopted and institutionalised artificial intelligence. It combines source documents obtained through public information requests with standardised institutional analysis cards covering fourteen cases. The dataset makes it possible to compare not only the scale of AI use, but also organisational responsibility, risk governance, coordination, institutional capacity and transparency. Its purpose is to enable transparent and reproducible analysis of the institutionalisation of AI in key public bodies in Poland.
